Try and find a clinic that offer multiple services. That way you will have a one stop shop for all your needs. At Chester IV Therapy we offer just that kind of clinic. You can get Botox, Lip Enhancement, IV Therapy, and Weight Management.
These days, laser hair removal services have stepped up their game. I mean, they literally zap away unwanted hair, leaving your skin as smooth as a baby’s bottom. It’s not just about the removal of hair but also the reduction in hair growth over time.

Laser Hair Removal Near Me

From my personal experience, it’s super important to find a good local laser hair removal clinic. You know that feeling when you find the perfect pizza place right around the corner? Yeah, that’s what we’re aiming for here. One of the easiest ways to find one is by simply typing ‘Laser hair removal near me’ in a reliable search engine and browsing through reviews. You don’t have to look any further. We are your friendly Laser Hair removal clinic.

Laser Hair Removal for All Skin Types

Alright folks let’s gather around the campfire and debunk a huge myth here. Laser hair removal is NOT only for people with certain skin or hair type. The hair-zapping magic caters to all skin types/colors. Technological advancements have made it possible to customize settings according to unique skin types and hair colors. The machine that we utilize at our clinic is good for all skin types.

Hair Removal Seasons

A chuckle-worthy fact is that many folks believe in something usual – the hair removal seasons. However, there is no such thing! Regardless of whether it’s winter or summer, you can get laser hair removal treatments. It is advisable to do your treatments during the fall and winter seasons. Because sunlight is not advised before and after treatments. Ensure to moisturize your skin diligently to keep it well hydrated.

Best Laser Hair Removal Technique

Choosing a laser hair removal technique can seem like trying to pick a flavor at a gelato parlor with too many tempting options. If you ask me, go for the diode laser technique. It’s safe, effective, and good for various skin and hair types.

Laser Hair Removal for Men

Alright, gentlemen, this one’s for you. Laser hair removal isn’t a ladies-only arena. Unwanted hair can be a nuisance for men too. In fact, laser treatments work wonders on larger surface areas (like the back or chest), offering a quick and efficient solution.

Laser Removal for Women

Well, ladies, it’s time to embrace the era where you stay as smooth as silk without the continuous hassle of routine shaving or waxing. From legs to underarms and every other body part, laser hair removal is a gift that keeps on giving.

How Long Hair Removal Lasts

You might wonder – how long does this newfound smoothness last? To be honest, results may vary from person to person. Generally, hair takes about two to six weeks to grow back post-session, but with regular treatments, hair growth substantially decreases.

Laser Hair Removal Recovery

Good news, my skin sensitivity comrades out there! Laser hair removal has minimal effect on your scheduled life. There’s negligible downtime; just make sure to take care of your skin, avoid the sun, and use an SPF when stepping outdoors.

Full Body Laser Hair Removal

Full body laser hair removal is like an all-you-can-eat buffet. It covers every area right from your upper lip down to your legs. It’s stress-free, surprisingly quick, and offers results that can make anyone want to dance out of sheer joy.

Laser Removal Vs Waxing

Now, imagine a world where you don’t have to smooth hot wax on your skin ever again. Sounds incredible, right? One major perk is that laser hair removal targets the roots, while waxing just removes hair from the surface. To top it off, laser hair removal is less painful and more beneficial in the long run.

Benefits of Laser Hair Removal

I can talk about the benefits of laser hair removal all day. Some prima donnas are a prolonged decrease in hair growth, zero razor burns or ingrown hairs, cost-effective in the long term, not to mention, saving valuable time. Get rid of that horrible tweezer and those nagging bumps.

Is Laser Hair Removal Permanent

As much as I wish I could say yes, laser hair removal isn’t ‘scalpel on the table’ permanent. It significantly decelerates hair growth as the laser targets the hair follicles. So, even though it isn’t permanent, it offers a long-lasting escape from the grasp of continuous shave and wax routines.

Laser Hair Removal Clinics

Finally, the choice of a clinic is just as pivotal as any other decision on this hair-free journey. Clinics with experienced professionals, advanced lasers, and a thoughtful approach towards the unique needs of each client should be your go-to.
So there you have it, folks! Embrace the smoothness like never before and embark on a new journey of self-care with laser hair removal. Remember, you’re not just removing hair but also regaining confidence, comfort, and that extra snooze time in the mornings.

What is Laser Therapy

LASER Hair Removal Therapy is performed with devices that produce transient, intense but gentle burst of light. This fragments and removes the hair with selective destruction causing minimum harm to the surrounding tissue. To protect eyes from the intense light, clients will have their eyes covered with an opaque material, or wear laser protective glasses. For best results multiple treatments are necessary.

Following treatment, the area may appear red with some form of discoloration (erythema) that may last up to 2-3 days. The treated area may feel like sunburn after treatment, and some darkening or peeling may be normal. Topical cream can be used on the area to alleviate any discomfort.

We have many different plans to chose from. Whatever your budget we have a plan for you.

PRE-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Avoid the sun 1 to 2 weeks before and after treatment. Irritated skin may be more susceptible to injury.
  2. Please let us know of any topical medications or skin care products that you use. We may ask you to stop these 3 to 5 days prior to treatment.
  3. You MUST avoid bleaching, plucking or waxing hair for 4 to 6 weeks prior to treatment. The melanin-containging hair must be present in the follicles. This is the “target” for the laser light.
  4. If you have a history of peri-oral or genital herpes simplex, please let us know. We may recommend prophylactic antiviral therapy.
  5. RECENTLY TANNED SKIN CANNOT BE TREATED! If treated within one week for active (natural sunlight or tanning booth) tanning, you may develop hypopigmentation (white spots) after treatment. This may not clear for two to three months or longer.
  6. Please shave the area that is to be lasered as close to the time of your appointment as possible.

POST-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Immediately after treatment there may be redness and swelling of each hair follicle in the treatment site. Redness may last 2 to 3 days.
  2. A topical soothing skin care product, such as Aloe Vera gel may be applied.
  3. Makeup may be used within 24 hours after the treatment if the skin is not irritated.
  4. Avoid sun exposure to reduce the chance of hyper-pigmentation (darker pigmentation). Always use a sunblock (SPF 30+) throughout the course of treatment.
  5. Avoid picking or scratching the treated skin. Do not use any other hair removal treatment products or similar treatment (waxing, electrolysis, or tweezing). This will disturb the hair follicle in the treatment area for 4 to 6 weeks after the laser treatment is performed. Shaving is the preferred method.
  6. Anywhere from 10 to 21 days after the treatment, shedding of the treated hair may occur and this appears as new hair growth.
  7. After the underarms are treated, you may wish to use a powder instead of a deodorant for 24 hours.
  8. There are no restrictions on bathing except to treat the skin gently.
  9. Hair growth occurs at different rates on different areas of the body. You may make an appointment for a follow up treatment in 4 to 6 weeks for face, underarms, torso, and bikini line. 2 to 3 months for the lower body.
